Job Description

Very excited to be back working with a good client of ours who are in the market for a Sales Administrator! This is such a lovely opportunity for the right person, yes some office experience would help but my clients said the right attitude is much more important as they can train on the the job.

Yes they work hard but play hard too, so someone upbeat, wanting to learn/thrive and progress is key

The Role:

The role will form part of a busy sales office. Although this is a varied role, main responsibilities will be to handle incoming calls & emails and processing customer orders onto their system. Full duties will include:

" Receiving and processing of Customer purchase orders via phone, email or fax

" Ensuring all orders received are inputted correctly using our SAP system

" Contacting customers by phone or email to resolve any queries and obtain missing information

" Maintaining and updating customer records using our CRM System

" Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports for various departments

" Liaising with our External Sales team and providing relevant feedback from customers when necessary

" Pro-active calling to existing Accounts

" Very good attention to detail

" Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

" Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

" Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8:30 - 5:30 Mon-Fri (40 hour week)
