Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant to join their thriving team in Brierley Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to make a significant impact while advancing their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.
Position OverviewAs a Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting top sales and marketing talent with our client's esteemed corporate partners. Your expertise in the recruitment lifecycle will enable you to effectively manage the end-to-end process, from sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates to providing expert guidance and support throughout their job search journey.
Client base is varied, mainly Black Country based cross sector - Manufacturing, Engineering, Service Sector etc.
This is a warm desk predominantly looking after Sales, Marketing & Procurement roles. This desk can roughly bill £100k + when in the right hands.
Office based. Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Thu / 8am - 3.30pm Friday's, with a 45 min lunch Mon - Thu, and 30 mins on a Fri.
Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and marketing roles, from initial job posting to successful placement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and attract top sales and marketing talent through various sourcing methods, including databases, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidate skills and experience to client requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications Requirements- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing recruitment.
- Commercial recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Candidates must have a full driving license.
- Additional 3 days holiday after 12 months of service (starting at 20 days plus stats).
