Salary/Rate: £455-£590 - Dependant of relevant experience.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Very extensive experience in managing SAP cutover activities for large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of SAP systems, with familiarity in Supply Chain and Finance domains.
• Strong customer interfacing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate across diverse teams in a global organisation.
• Experience in preparing and executing cutover plans with exceptional attention to detail.
• Expertise in risk/issue management and reporting.

• Self-driven, confident personality with the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

• As the SAP Cutover Manager, you will oversee the cutover phase of the organisation's large-scale SAP implementation projects. You will work closely with diverse teams, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption during the activation of SAP systems.
• Cutover Planning and Execution: Develop, document, and execute comprehensive cutover plans to transition systems effectively.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among Supply Chain, Finance, and other business units to align activities during cutover.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide clear and regular status reporting to project leadership and stakeholders on cutover progress, including Legacy system shutdowns.
• Risk Management: Record and track risks, issues, and mitigation strategies in the project RAID log related to cutover activities.
• Resource Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed resource plan for the cutover phase, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clear and adequately staffed.
• Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication to all stakeholders, leveraging your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Post-Cutover Support: Oversee stabilization activities and ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.
