On behalf of our esteemed client, Conexus is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join their expanding Digital HR team, which focuses on helping organisations transform their HR systems through digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead local and global HR technology transformation projects with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design and implement digital HR solutions tailored to client needs.
• Solve complex business challenges using analytical approaches.
• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive business development initiatives and manage client relationships from proposal to delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors design, configuration, and integration.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective system architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and either French or German.
