Senior Manager, Product Design

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead a talented design team and drive user-centric, impactful design solutions. This role involves overseeing all aspects of product design, including visual design, prototyping, design systems, and interaction design. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals while fostering innovation and maintaining high-quality standards across platforms.

In this position, you'll coach and mentor a globally distributed team of designers, manage multiple projects, and present solutions to senior leadership. You will also play a key role in shaping and elevating the design practice by developing design standards and promoting a customer-first culture throughout the organization.

• 4+ years of management experience leading technical design teams, and 7+ years in product design, with expertise in user-centric design across multiple disciplines (interaction design, information architecture, design systems, etc.).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver successful product launches.
• Experience working in high-growth environments (10,000+ customers, $150-550M ARR) with the ability to manage details while thinking big-picture and driving alignment across teams.
• Bonus: Experience managing remote teams and familiarity with search, discovery, or ML/AI technologies.
