Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders globally and at our German head office, understanding business objectives and delivering strategic people solutions that drive effectiveness and performance.

  • Employee Voice & Engagement: Champion employee feedback initiatives, designing proactive engagement strategies to foster a responsive, supportive workplace culture.

  • People Strategy & Talent Planning: Develop a people strategy that aligns with business objectives, partnering with Talent Acquisition and the People team to support talent development, succession planning, and team scalability.

  • Organisational Effectiveness: Drive organisational design initiatives that enhance team structure and optimise operations, supporting sustainable growth.

  • Performance & Reward: Support leaders in implementing performance management and reward systems that align with CoachHub's growth goals and recognise outstanding contributions.

  • Leadership Development: Coach and mentor senior leaders globally, empowering them to foster environments where teams thrive and innovate.

  • Culture & Engagement: Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging, leading DE&I and engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience and reinforce CoachHub's core values.


What You'll Bring

  • Extensive People Partnering Experience: 6+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a global capacity, ideally in high-growth, innovative environments.

  • Strategic Vision: Proven experience in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with business goals to drive impactful results.

  • Extensive Knowledge of German Labour Law: Deep understanding of German labour laws and employment practices, with practical experience navigating complex regulations both in Germany and globally.

  • Leadership Development Expertise: Skilled in coaching and empowering leaders, driving development and growth across global teams.

  • Employee Engagement: Experience leading engagement strategies and leveraging platforms like Peakon to gather and act on employee feedback.

  • Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives that align people strategies with business transformations.

  • Global Perspective with Cultural Fluency: Experience working across multiple regions, fostering inclusive, diverse teams, and multilingual capabilities are a plus!
