Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner - Business (Maternity Cover) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment initiatives globally, utilizing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, negotiation, and offer extension.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking events to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Assess candidates thoroughly to ensure alignment with organizational values and requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in business-related or executive roles.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top professionals.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
