Job Description
THE GOAL
The aim of this role is to find the best talent to join KellyDeli supporting recruitment across multiple functional areas and countries and ensure they have a seamless induction into the business. Leads and supports on some culture initiatives across the business.
WHO YOU WORK WITH
Reporting to: Head of HR
Internally: You will support hiring managers across multiple countries, new joiners.
Externally: You will work with candidates, providers of recruitment systems/platforms and on occasion recruitment agencies, partnership team.
WHAT YOU DO
- Business partner with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries
- Provide exceptional levels of service to hiring managers
- Deliver an amazing experience for future KellyDelians
- Responsible for the recruitment of a range of roles across marketing, finance, IT, operations, legal, supply chain and HR
- Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to close
- Continuously optimise our employer branding, attraction methods and recruitment processes
- Owner of ATS contract, content and reporting for KellyDeli
- Owner of recruitment guides and processes for KellyDeli
- Owner of our LinkedIn recruiter contract and content plan
- Responsible for delivering recruitment metrics and reporting on those monthly
- Support Partner recruitment reporting
- Responsible for new starter process and paperwork
- Ensure our Bushido (induction process) is in place for all of our new starters
- Coordinate our 90-day surveys and report on these
- Manage internal communications regarding starters and leavers
- Owner of exit interviews for leavers

- Experienced Recruiter: You bring a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of finding and engaging top talent across various roles and industries.
- Relationship Builder: Adept at cultivating meaningful relationships with stakeholders, you invest time to truly understand their department needs, ensuring a tailored recruitment approach that aligns with business goals.
- Organized & Resilient: You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a structured approach to meet deadlines and overcome challenges.
- Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and leveraging it to source, connect, and engage with potential candidates effectively.
- ATS Expertise: Skilled in utilising Team Tailor (or similar applicant tracking systems), optimizing workflows, and maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
- Problem Solver: You bring creativity and critical thinking to tackle recruitment challenges, continuously improving strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion Focused: You actively promote inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse pool of candidates, aligning with organizational values and goals.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and compelling interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Data-Driven: Experienced in analysing recruitment metrics to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and achieve hiring targets.
- Candidate Experience Advocate: Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Experience working in a FMCG, Hospitality or Retail would be desirable.
