Talent Engagement Manager

* 4-6-month contract.

My client is looking for an experienced Talent Engagement Manager to partner with the French part of the business and attract and engage high calibre, diverse talent. This is an opportunity to work for a global leader company focused on brand building while acting as the champion of their employer brand and employee value proposition!

The main focus of this role is talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment.

Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must be business Fluent in French

Experience within the French market is also highly desirable.
