Your new role: As a Year 4 Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring each student is engaged and challenged. You'll create a supportive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate. With a class of 30-31, you will be expected to have good behavioural management as well as effective communication with parents through regular updates and meetings will be essential to discuss their child's development.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A recognised teaching qualification and experience in primary education
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage Year 4 students.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and colleagues.
