Technical Team Lead£80,000-£90,000Cambridge - Once a month in the officeI'm currently working with one of Cambridge's most progressive Software companies who are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join a business currently going through a massive period of growth, who have created an excellent 'family' culture with flexible working/great benefit's package and given what they do - drive a modern tech stack which will continue to evolve.The role combines a mixture of hands-on development working alongside the team whilst also taking on managerial responsibilities and supporting the Senior team with code reviews, performance management and contributing to technical decisions.More about the company
  • Founded over 24 years ago.
  • Based out of Cambridge but have a further 5 offices worldwide.
  • Specialise in Database Software - helping their clients streamline their processes.
  • This includes having various platforms and solutions their clients use.
  • Award winning business with planned growth across 2024 - over 15 hires within the IT team.
The Role - Technical Team Lead
  • Cambridge - Twice a month in the office.
  • Work within a cross-functional team, working across the entire product suite.
  • Support, mentor, coach and train the team on all technical requirements.
  • Support the Senior team with managerial responsibilities.
  • Still remain hands on and spend large proportion of time working alongside team.
Tech Requirements
  • Salary: £80,000-£90,000
  • Essential Skills: C#, .Net Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
  • Bonus Skills: Typescript, Golang, Java, DevOps.
  • Good experience leading a team - ideally of around 4-5 in size.
  • This includes 1:1's, code reviews, performance management.
