Verification of Compliance:

• Pre-Training Audits: We are open to participating in pre-training audits conducted by the client to ensure the program aligns with their standards before implementation.
• Post-Training Assessments: We will collaborate with the client to develop assessment methods and tools that demonstrate compliance with their training standards after the program is delivered.

This may involve:

• Trainer Performance Evaluations: Assessing trainers' proficiency in program delivery according to the client standards.
• Trainee Knowledge Assessments: Evaluating whether trainees have acquired the knowledge and skills outlined in the training standards.
