UAT Test Manager - IT Services

What's involved with this role: Interim UAT Test Manager - IT Services K&C Key Requirements:

• Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops
• Previous experience working in Local Authority
• Previous Test Manager experience
• Proven experience managing UAT activities for complex software such as CRM
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships within complex projects.
• Use of one or more established project and programme methodologies e.g. Agile, Prosci Practitioner.

The purpose of the role is to manage and co-ordinate the UA testing activities with representatives from the business.Key Responsibilities:

• UAT Planning and Strategy.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Test Script Creation and Execution.
• Issue Identification and Resolution.
• Support and Engagement of Testers.
• Reporting and Documentation (Test Reports).
• Continuous Improvement Management.
