ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team provides technical support to customers utilizing Financial Solutions like SAP Asset Accounting application (FI-AA).
When the IT departments or implementation partners of our customers reach their limits and suspect a bug, they turn to us for the specialized expertise that only the software manufacturer can provide.
Our daily business is communicating with customers (via a ticket-system, chat, on the phone/via Teams) after an extensive analysis, including debugging of the code (written in ABAP).
SAP Technical Support delivers first-class support to complete SAP Portfolio:
- Handling customer support incidents (24x7)
- Providing technical support with deep analysis
- Providing real time support
Our Proactive Services:
- Creating and sharing knowledge with customers
- Testing and validating new products and functionalities
- Developing Supportability Tools
As a member of our Technical Support Engineering team, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with the necessary skills to independently resolve complex technical issues. While you will have the autonomy to tackle cases on your own, the collaborative spirit of our team ensures that senior colleagues are always within reach for guidance.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Engaging in problem-solving within our software.
- Flexibility in work organization, time and location, allowing you to manage your tasks autonomously between 9 am and 5 pm, in coordination with your mentor based in Vienna.
- A strong emphasis on teamwork, as we believe in the collective intelligence of working together to achieve better outcomes.
- You will gain insights into a global world-class Technical Support organization supporting customers worldwide, enabling them to serve their customers and employees.
- Monitoring and distributing customer tickets and help to fulfil Service Level Agreement
- Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
- Taking ownership of basic technical issues
- Providing direct technical assistance for customers via our Customer Service System
Profil
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or having an interest into programming and solving technical issues
- Computer skills: any programming language (ABAP is a plus)
- Language skills: proficient in English and German
- Soft skills: team-player, self-organized, persistent in tasks, customer-oriented, analytical and problem solving skills
- Open personality and professional communication style

THE ROLE
Location: Vienna, Austria
Duration: min. 12 months
(up to 36 months - during the whole employment a full-time, active student status is required)
