Experienced candidates with a proven track record in painting/decorating are invited to apply for the Contract Manager Position. We are looking for someone to manage jobs on site, ensuring work is completed to specification, on target, in time, and within budget.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Organise and Co-Ordinate Workforce.
• Maximise Productivity and Profitability of Workforce.
• Deliver Projects to Programme
• Liaise with Clients
• Be Directly Accountable to Managing Director
• Organise materials for contracts.
• Deal with any issues that arise on jobs.

To Succeed in this role, you will need:

• A background in contract management, preferably in the painting and decorating industry.
• The ability to manage small to medium sized teams.
• Strong client facing skills and knack for building relationships.
• Strong organisational skills.
