Freelance Project Manager (Business Central)

For a customer in Limburg, we are looking for a Project Manager with exposure to Business Central to bring structure to their IT architecture. The role involves coordinating internal teams and working closely with an implementation partner to ensure a smooth deployment of the package. The Go-Live target is November but there will likely be second phase, meaning extension is a possibility.

The Project Manager will play a key role in aligning IT systems with business operations and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process. The internal IT team has 3 people, Business 15 and there are 4-5 consultants from the Partner.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Structure and streamline IT architecture and optimize processes around Business Central.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive change management and ensure smooth user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and IT governance standards.

Profile

• Strong Project Management experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Business Central.
• Experience coordinating between internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Exposure to 4PS software is a considerable advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to structure IT projects and bring clarity to business processes.
