Hapimag Hospitality Specialist

As a Hotel Specialist, you will create memories, experiences and become part of the other side of vacations by ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Hapimag offers holiday apartments with the comfort of a hotel in prime locations. We're there for you as advisors and hosts. Guest Relations:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

Food & Beverage:

• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in F&B areas.
• Provide beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, resort or holiday apartment setting.
• Excellent communication in German, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or able to commute to one of our 56 resorts
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
