Quality Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Manager, to join a chemicals company based in Leamington Spa, on a full time, permanent basis offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum.

Location:
The site is based in Leamington Spa and is commutable from Birmingham, Rushden and Coventry.

The Role:

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Identification and delivery of all relevant control systems as detailed in the Management System.
• To Manage your team of direct reports ensuring that performance is monitored and succession planning is present.
• To supervise quality control & sampling activities.
• To produce professional written communications, reports and minutes for the site as required.
• Management and maintenance of onsite laboratory and equipment.
• Management of 3rd party testing required to meet contractual / legal requirements.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Implemented systems and process to support a QMS.
• High Level qualification (e.g. HND) or above Environmental or Science related preferred.
• Full driving licence.
• A good understanding of Compliance.
• Good communication, negotiation, influencing and coaching skills.
