Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Data to enhance our decision-making processes by structuring, curating, and presenting all our data on a unified company-wide platform. The Senior Manager Data will take full ownership of our data models within the data warehouse and lead projects to improve the quality and efficiency of our data products. This role involves managing a team of three Analytics Engineers and contributing to the overall vision for Data & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the entire suite of data models within the Data Warehouse.
  • Lead projects to improve the quality and efficiency of data products.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three Analytics Engineers.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision for Data & Analytics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proficiency in SQL and dbt (data build tool) for data transformation and management.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, and Metabase.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative solution development.
  • Experience in project management to ensure timely and successful data initiatives.
  • Leadership experience, with at least two years managing and mentoring teams.
