Requirements of the role

Take responsibility for the overall management of service delivery, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs and performance targets.

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.

Engage with stakeholders to negotiate service level requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Manage the resolution of complex incidents and problems, ensuring root causes are identified and addressed.

Oversee the development and maintenance of service delivery documentation and performance reports.

Provide strategic advice and guidance on service delivery best practices.

Mentor and develop junior service delivery managers and team members.
