Logistics Team Leader

What You Will Do:

• Lead and motivate a small team of employees as a supervisor/team leader (m/f/d).
• Coordinate your team and oversee personnel planning.
• Prepare shift and vacation schedules in close collaboration with the logistics manager.
• Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure the smooth processing of orders.
• Maintain high delivery and quality performance daily.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory levels.

What We Require:

• Completed education and initial professional experience in logistics or previous experience as a team leader/supervisor/shift leader.
• Goal-oriented, independent, and precise work style.
• Experience in managing employees is desirable.
• Organized, reliable, flexible, and assertive personality.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts (no night shifts, no weekend work).
• Proficiency in English and a good knowledge of German or Dutch.

What We Offer:

• Annual Gross Salary: €38,000
• Vacation Days: 28
• Two fixed-term contracts of six months each, leading to permanent employment after one year.
• 40-hour workweek in a two-shift system, Monday through Friday.
